Led a great transition of a complex product written in AngularJS, intertangled with some custom solution to the newest Angular version (v14) together with a handful architect team. Our priority was to reduce complexity and to provide a shallow learning curve for new developers starting to work on it with defining standards and valuable guides/documentation. In the last 4 months my role was more of a technical lead position, with guiding 3 international front-end developer teams, mentoring, distributing tasks and doing code reviews.

Made a huge impact on the product with laying the foundation of the new, Angular(8) based frontend from scratch, while keeping previous functionality and security intact. Had a lot of research, took part in the architectural decisions, driving discussions about new technologies.

Jumped into fullstack development with Java on the backend. Had to transform business needs into code (following clean coding principles), tuning Oracle DB performance (by enhancing procedures mostly) while working with a quite big code base targeting banking needs.

Using different grid systems, visualizing big datasets on charts, working with Polymer and Vue.js, get comfortable with cross-browser compatibility (IE8+), handling complex event-tracking and sync them via AJAX.
